Participants must register through the official event website.
Registration is non-transferable.
Students must attend all scheduled Course sessions.
Fees and Payments:
Any registration fees must be paid by the specified deadline.
Fees cover accommodation, participation, materials, and specified meals.
Refunds are subject to cancellation policies.
Delivery Information:
An email will confirm the Final Registration after the payment is received.
A badge confirming the Participant Registration will be offered to all participants upon their arrival in Bucharest.
Cancellation and Refund Policy Information:
The transaction can be cancelled with full reimbursement within 7 days from the payment day. For card payment orders, the amount will be reimbursed on the same card used to make the initial payment, within 3-14 days from accepting the return.
This event may be canceled by APAIR up to 30 days in advance of the commencement date, with full reimbursement for the participants. If you cancel up to 30 days prior to the event, you agree to pay a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you agree to pay a 75 percent cancellation fee.
Force Majeure: No Party (Organizer or Participant) shall be liable or responsible to the other Party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement (Registration), for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (except for any obligations to make previously owed payments to the other Party hereunder) when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted Party’s (“Impacted Party”) reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake or explosion, war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, government order or law, actions, embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement, action by any governmental authority, national or regional emergency, strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances, epidemic, pandemic or similar influenza or bacterial infection, emergency state, shortage of adequate medical supplies and equipment, shortage of power or transportation facilities, and other similar events beyond the reasonable control of the Impacted Party.

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respect local customs.
Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for their health and well-being.
Travel insurance is recommended.
Follow local health guidelines and safety protocols.
Intellectual Property:
Respect intellectual property rights of others.
Do not share confidential information without consent.
Liability and Indemnification:
Participants assume all risks during the Trade Mission.
APAIR and NAR are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage.
Participants indemnify organizers against any claims.
Visas and Documentation:
Participants must obtain the necessary visas and travel documents.
Check passport validity and visa requirements in advance.
Transportation and Accommodation:
Organizers will arrange group transportation and accommodation.
Follow instructions regarding pick-up points and departure times.
Cultural Sensitivity:
Learn about Romanian culture and customs.
Dress appropriately for business meetings and sightseeing.
Networking and Business Opportunities:
Participants are encouraged to network and explore partnerships.
Use provided opportunities to showcase products or services.
Itinerary Changes:
Organizers may modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be informed promptly of any changes.
Emergency Contacts:
Participants will receive emergency contact information.
Report any emergencies promptly.
Media and Photography:
Participants may be photographed or filmed during the event.
Consent forms may be required for media coverage.
Feedback and Evaluation:
Participants are encouraged to provide feedback for improvement.
Share experiences and suggestions with organizers.
Termination of Participation:
Organizers reserve the right to terminate participation for non-compliance with terms.
