The event is organized by APAIR (American Property Association of International Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors).

The purpose is to foster business connections, explore investment opportunities, educate Agents for International Business and strengthen economic ties between Romania and other RE Global Markets.

The Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Course provides specialized knowledge for real estate professionals working in the global market.

The first 2 Modules will be organized Live Online, prior to the Trade Mission.
The remaining 3 Modules will be in Bucharest, Bran and Sibiu, with Live presence. The specific venues can be found in the event schedule.

Participants will explore various locations in Romania, including Bucharest, Sinaia, Bran (home of Dracula’s Castle), Sighisoara, and Sibiu.

Yes, there will be a welcome reception to introduce participants and provide essential information.

Regular communication via email, group meetings, and a dedicated WhatsApp Group will keep participants informed throughout the mission.

The official currency of Romania is the Romanian Leu (RON). Participants may exchange foreign currency at local banks or utilize automated teller machines (ATMs) for withdrawals. It is important to note that most establishments, including taxis and restaurants, accept credit and debit cards, offering a convenient alternative to handling cash. We advise checking with your bank prior to departure to obtain the latest information on currency conversion rates.

You can pay online with your personal or company card, in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD logos (including Maestro, if they have CVV2 / CVC2 code).

No additional transaction fees are charged.  Card data processing is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.

The safety of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store confidential data of your card. The confidential data is sent encrypted on a secure connection to the processing bank. This way your personal information will be safely deleted.

Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in USD, at the exchange rate of your bank.

The transaction will appear as 2024trademission on the cardholder’s statement.

An email will confirm the Final Registration after the payment is received. A badge confirming the Participant Registration will be offered to all participants upon their arrival in Bucharest.

The transaction can be cancelled with full reimbursement within 7 days from the payment day. For card payment orders, the amount will be reimbursed on the same card used to make the initial payment, within 3-14 days from accepting the return.

This event may be cancelled by APAIR up to 30 days in advance of the commencement date, with full reimbursement for the participants. If you cancel up to 30 days prior to the event, you agree to pay a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you agree to pay a 75 percent cancellation fee.
