Alireza Memar

Alireza (Ali) Memar, born into a builder family, embarked on his first project at the age of 21. His expertise spans residential, commercial, and industrial domains. As a longstanding member of the Greater Bergen Board of Realtors since 2003, Ali has held pivotal roles including Treasurer, Director, and President. He was also Vice President of New Jersey MLS and instrumental in launching the GBR Global Business Council, recognized as one of the seven gold councils by the National Association of Realtors. Ali’s commitment extends to specialized classes and workshops, ensuring the highest standards of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity practices. He holds esteemed designations like Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD). Ali’s mentorship has impacted numerous Realtors, and he is also a Residential Real Estate Council Specialist (CRS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). His dedication earned him the 2014 Annual Realtor of the Year award for outstanding contributions to the real estate profession and community. Today, he serves as a NAR Global Ambassador.
