Pius Dawson

Pius Dawson is a licensed REALTOR® with a background in Advertising, Marketing, and Customer Relations. He was born in London, UK, and became a naturalized Citizen. He speaks German and has a degree in European Economics. He has worked for prestigious firms like Florida Capital, Saks Fifth Avenue, Giorgio’s, and Ermenegildo Zegna. He specializes in corporate housing and short-term rentals. Pius is a leader in the real estate community. He belongs to several professional organizations, such as NAHREP, AMPI, WCR, AAREA, and Greater Houston Partnership. He is a graduate of the TRLP and a past President of the FIABCI-USA Houston Council. He is also the NAR Ambassador to Germany and Austria since 2020 and represents the Ambassador Associations to Austria and Germany, North Carolina, and Florida on the global stage. He attends the AMPI Annual Conference every year. Pius is happily married to Jackie for 28 years. He has three children and two grandchildren from a previous marriage.
