Zola is a practitioner, coach, mentor, and instructor in the real estate industry. He teaches various NAR and REBI courses and provides leadership training. He is certified to teach the CIPS, ABR, SRS, CRB, RENE, C-RETS, PSA and GRI courses.
Zola is a leader and volunteer in many real estate associations. He has been the President of the Orlando Regional Realtors® Association, the Vice President of the Florida Realtors® District 12 and the Chairman of the CIPS Advisory Board. He was the NAR Global Coordinator for Central/Eastern Europe and the Chairman of the REBI Global Alliances Committee.
He is a graduate of the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association Making of a Leader program, the Florida Realtors® Leadership Academy, the NAR Leadership Academy, and the Professional Property Management Program. He has won several awards, such as the 2011 Orlando’s Realtor® of the Year and the 2023 Distinguished Educator of the year by REBI. Currently, he is a member of the 2024 NAR Board of Directors and serves as the 2024 Chairman of the CIPS Advisory Board.
